Greetings perspective buyers and friends,
This is a progress report for the situation at 44 Monroe. Please keep in mind that on an offering of such magnitude, often times minor delays can be expected. On a positive note however, agency filings and contractual arrangements have been progressing, and we should have accurate pricing data by mid-October. Fortunately, this may very well mean that complete purchase contracts may be completed by the end of the month.
On a value note; residents have been told that unit prices may begin at just under $200,000, or $200 per square foot, for units located on the lower floors.
We have been and will be seeing some more exciting activity around the building. The lobby and some of the frontage is being re-designed, the cosmetic aspects of which will be outstanding. Despite minor delays, keep in mind, that good things are often worth waiting for. We will continue to stay in touch with you and keep you apprised in a timely fashion.
